In-Home Tutoring Services

Fog City Tutoring offers tutoring services for students Kindergarten through college
levels. We offer two different tutoring services, homework help and customized tutoring which includes an educational plan and defined goals.

Educational Therapy

Educational therapists take a holistic approach towards academic achievement and evaluate each student based on cognitive, emotional and behavioral variables.  Educational therapy works to identify and remediate learning disabilities while providing advocacy services for the student.

Academic Testing

We currently provide standardized academic testing in math, reading and writing.  This type of formal testing will provide information on the student’s current academic achievement compared to their peers.  Testing results yield standard scores, percentiles and grade level equivalent statistics.
